Wimborne Hospital is looking to recruit an Outpatients Clerk to join our friendly, busy, Outpatients Department.  The post is part-time, 16 hours per week. 

Excellent customer service skills are essential as you will be the first point of contact, on the telephone or face to face, for patients, visitors and other healthcare professionals.

Medical Records is responsible for the maintenance, preparation and movement of patients’ casenotes.

The successful candidate will be flexible, motivated, possess good communication skills and be required to undertake a variety of tasks within the Medical Records Department including booking appointments, filing, locating, delivering and preparing case notes for Outpatient Clinics.

Applicants should have knowledge or experience of using Camis computer system. The ability to work as part of a team and previous experience are essential. Training and support will be given in all aspects of the role.
