An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and dynamic nurse to join the Wimborne Community Mental Health Team.
You will have a proven ability to provide comprehensive assessments, formulation and specialist treatments for adults of working age with a full range of mental health problems. Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills are essential, as well as an ability to work under pressure to ensure that both the Trust's and Social Services’ annual objectives, targets and standards are achieved.
Wimborne Community Mental Health Team has moved to recovery orientated care pathways as a model of delivery; with this aim in mind the team are developing innovative projects, in partnership with Service User representatives, to enhance recovery focussed practice.
We are looking for a suitably qualified staff member who will take up the challenge of maintaining therapeutic practices within one to one clinical interventions, whilst striving to work with the multi-disciplinary team towards shared priorities.
Wimborne CMHT has a proven record of providing educational and professional development opportunities to it's staff.
