An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist with excellent leadership skills to become team lead of Weymouth Integrated Community Rehabilitation Team.

There are many exciting things happening in Weymouth and Portland at the moment, and the post holder will be closely involved in these developments, with Health and Social Care teams working closely together to provide the best services possible for local people. Weymouth Integrated Care Hub has recently been shortlisted for a Health Services Journal Award, and is nationally acclaimed - the Integrated Community Rehabilitation Team form a vital part of this hub.

This is the ideal role either for someone with established leadership skills, or someone who wants to take their first support step into team leadership.

Employment in this post requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.  The DBS levies a charge of £44 and the Trust will recover this cost in instalments from your first 3 salary payments.  This will only apply to candidates who are new to the Trust and not internal staff.
