The team covers therapy within both the patient's own home and throughout the locality community hospitals giving the post holder the opportunity to work in both a community and ward setting thus enhancing their skills. The ICRT are part of the wider HUB team and have support from enhanced practitioners such as Community Matrons, GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioner and a Consultant.
