We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a qualified Clinical Psychologist to join our CQC outstanding CAMHS General Adolescent unit although, we would also welcome applications from psychologists who are about to qualify.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and resilient Clinical Psychologist to join Pebble Lodge Adolescent Mental Health Hospital. Applicants will need to be flexible and willing to work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary setting.
Pebble Lodge is a 10 bed hospital in Bournemouth offering treatment to young people whose mental health illness requires inpatient care within a General Adolescent Hospital.
In partnership with our current Senior Clinical Psychologist, you will work within the framework of Care Programme Approach offering individual psychological assessment and intervention alongside group work as well as offering consultation and supervision within the team. Therefore excellent communication and team working skills are seen as essential.
You will need to have a sound understanding of safeguarding practice and principles, a positive approach to multi agency working and the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
