Are you an enthusiastic, forward thinking nurse who can adapt to changing priorities and deliver high quality nursing care?
The Willows Ward is staffed by a team of passionate, dedicated Nurses and Health Care Professionals and is looking for like-minded Registered Nurses to join us. This is an excellent opportunity to practice within the challenging yet rewarding field of Nursing for the Older Person extending to Palliative Care and Ambulatory Care.
We have part time and full time hours available as well as Bank shifts. The successful candidate will have some experience of working in partnership with older people with complex needs, their families and carers and supporting them to live safe and well in their own homes or when this is no longer possible facilitating a move to Residential care. You will be committed to improving outcomes for our patients and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

This post is based on the Willows at the Yeatman Hospital, the successful candidate will have an opportunity to develop their skills by serving the population of our beautiful ancient town of Sherborne and the surrounding areas.
The Willows is the inpatient unit of the Yeatman Hospital which is currently going through major transformational changes in terms of service delivery – so many inspiring new developments are taking place with our Ward, Community Hub, MIU and Primary Care. We are looking forward to a bright and exciting future.

Employment in this post requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. The DBS levies a charge of £44 and the Trust will recover this cost in instalments from your first 3 salary payments.
