An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join our Community Nursing team in Sherborne. Our dynamic community nursing team works closely with a larger multi-disciplinary team, to provide exceptional quality holistic assessment and nursing care for patients in their home environment.

You should possess commitment to team working and innovative delivery of excellent standards of care. You will be able to demonstrate a real enthusiasm for community nursing, as well as a desire for on-going professional development.

We are seeking a candidate who possess and demonstrate behaviour that underpins our vision for nursing. The vision of the trust is for us to lead and inspire through excellence, compassion and expertise in all that we do.

You will receive excellent training and opportunities for development, clinical supervision and appraisal. We also offer our staff training packages, development and leadership pathways and a comprehensive preceptorship program for those who are newly qualified.

Employment in this post requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. The DBS levies a charge of £44 and the Trust will recover this cost in instalments from your first 3 salary payments.
