The Dorset Community Pain Service is a Pan Dorset Service providing support and treatment to people with persistent pain. We are an interdisciplinary team consisting of Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physio’s, Psychologists, Pain Consultants and Administrators. We have 3 main teams based East, North and West delivering services from multiple locations across the county. We also run a central admin team based at the Atrium Health Centre in Dorchester.

We are looking for 2, Band 2 administrators to join our admin team. One will be based at Poole Clinic providing admin support to the clinical team and the other will be based at Kings Park providing an admin and receptionist function.

The Poole based role will support the existing admin staff with day to running of the office; answering the phone to patients, populating system 1 clinics, supporting the clinicians and general admin duties.

The Kings Park role will be similar with the addition of welcoming patients when they arrive for appointments, dealing with queries and signing them in.

Both roles will be supported by the Operational Manager and wider admin team.

If you enthusiastic, motivated and driven to improve quality with attention to detail then we would love to hear from you.
