We are very pleased to be able to offer the opportunity of an Administrator within the Learning and Development Service. This service is a busy, evolving and friendly team, based at Sentinel House, our Trust headquarters. We are responsible for the planning, administration, reporting and ensuring delivery of training and learning opportunities for over 5000 staff across Dorset HealthCare.
The successful candidate will assist in the effective and smooth running of the Learning and Development Service, maintaining excellent interpersonal and communication skills and effective working relationships in respect of mandatory training administration activities. Whilst carrying out this role you will be expected to liaise with staff and colleagues at all different levels across the organisation.
You will be a good team worker, demonstrate initiative within your sphere of responsibility, enjoy working with people and have excellent organisational, planning and customer service skills.
You will have excellent working knowledge of MS Office applications, with a focus on Outlook, Word and Excel.
