We at Dorset HealthCare are looking for a good all-rounder with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support the change and release function across all applications and infrastructure managed by the IM&T department. The successful candidate will have proven experience embedding changes within a work function or business.

Primary responsibilities of the role will include coordination of change management activities, supporting the implementation of the new change and release process, creating and maintaining documentation and acting as point of contact for change and release queries. The post holder will be expected to develop and maintain an excellent level of understanding and skills in IM&T processes and to work closely with a wide range to teams to ensure ongoing stakeholder engagement and efficient delivery of changes to the Trust.
