Deputy Director of People and Culture

We are looking for an exceptional person to join our newly created People and Culture directorate.  Dorset HealthCare is a progressive organisation and our vision is to be Better Every Day.  We are ambitious and committed to continually improving in all we do.

The Deputy Director for People and Culture is an important role for us. You will be working with the Director for People and Culture and senior team to bring together all of the components of the people experience at Dorset HealthCare, supporting a culture that is empowering, compassionate and open.
