We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Head Programme Manager to join the Estates & Facilities Department. You will work as part of a dynamic team, working on a wide range of Capital projects.

We require a Programme Manager with demonstrable experience of leading a programme of projects spanning Government funded Health Infrastructure projects as well as Trust specific schemes. This role will also take responsibility for developing the project management skills set within the Estates & Facilities Directorate. It would be beneficial if you have skills in business case writing but not essential.

A good team player with excellent communications skills, you will be adept at establishing effective working relationships with clinicians, managers and administrative staff at all levels. You will have a good grasp of change management and an appreciation of the cultural change needed when implementing initiatives.

Employment in this post requires a Standard Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. The DBS levies a charge of £23 and the Trust will recover this cost in instalments from your first 3 salary payments.  Applicants who subscribe to the DBS update service and are able to present a valid DBS certificate will not incur a charge.
