The Trust's Integrated all age ED service is a well respected service locally and nationally and is at the cutting edge of treatment delivery for those with an eating disorder and their families/carers.
Due to the promotion of the current post holder an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Eating Disorders professional to take on a key role within the Trust's Integrated ED service.
You will be a member of the senior team and with the Consultant Nurse and Integrated Service Manager will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high quality person centred services with a focus on integrated care which always considers people’s safety, privacy and dignity and ensures the delivery of up to date evidence based practice.
You will have day-to-day management and leadership of a clinical team and / or specialist practitioners and other staff in the multi-disciplinary team ensuring they are supported and managed in line Trust Values and Principles. You will also contribute to the planning and design of services in line with Trust, locality and government objectives to meet the needs of local people.
Alongside this you will carry a caseload of patients, contribute to the care of other patients of the service and offer supervision to colleagues.

Employment in this post requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. The DBS levies a charge of £44 and the Trust will recover this cost in instalments from your first 3 salary payments. Applicants who subscribe to the DBS update service or are able to present a valid portable DBS certificate will not incur a charge.
Interviews will be held on 2nd August.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service.
