Community Nurses in the Poole Locality are proud of being caring, competent and compassionate, with patients at the heart of what we do. We are looking for motivated staff nurses to join our dynamic team working full time or part time hours. You should possess commitment to team working and innovative delivery of excellent standards of integrated care. You will be able to demonstrate a real enthusiasm for community nursing, as well as a desire for on-going professional development.
We are seeking nurses who possesses and demonstrates behavior that underpins our vision for nursing and development of the service.

You will receive excellent training and opportunities for development, clinical supervision, and appraisal. We also offer our staff training packages, development and leadership pathways and a comprehensive preceptorship programme for those who are newly qualified.
Employment in this post requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. The DBS levies a charge of £44 and the Trust will recover this cost in instalments from your first 3 salary payments. Applicants who subscribe to the DBS update service or are able to present a valid portable DBS certificate will not incur a charge.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service.
