This role will enhance clinical practice and create new and innovative ways of working within our Community Hospitals.
This is a Specialist role for Band 6 Nurses seeking opportunities for professional development in clinical practice.

You will need enthusiasm and a commitment to provide the highest standards of care to patients, relatives and carers, and the ability to provide professional clinical leadership.
You will need to have an interest in working with older people and have good communication and organisational skills.
This new role forms part of a dedicated career pathway requiring the undertaking of:
- History Taking & Physical Examination (HAPE) for year one
- Non-Medical Prescribing for year two, at Masters level with Bournemouth University.
Evidence of recent higher education study essential.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service.
