A very exciting and pioneering role has been developed by Dorset HealthCare through our Advance Practice Framework.

This role will enhance clinical practice and create new and innovative ways of working within our Community Hospitals.

This is a Specialist role for Band 6 Nurses seeking opportunities for professional development in clinical practice.

We want you to be part of a team that helps shape the future of our hospital / services for the local community making it a sustainable and forward thinking Hub with beds for the long term.

The Hospital cares for a wide variety of patients, offering sub-acute medical, palliative care and rehabilitation. This is an exciting, vibrant and rewarding place to work where all are focused on providing the highest standards of patient care and experience.

We are committed to providing excellent standards of care to our patients and we know that to enable us to do this, the continuous professional development of staff in a supportive environment has to be a top priority for us, and it is!
