An opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and enthusiastic Team Administrator to work within the CAMHS Team in East Dorset, based at Delphwood in Poole.

Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust is responsible for the provision of Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services across the county. Our teams offer a range of individual, family, group and pharmacological interventions depending on the needs of the child, young person and family/carers. The Trust is also part of the Children and Young People’s Improving Access to Psychological Therapies Programme (IAPT).

We are looking for a highly organised, motivated, and confident professional individual, with good interpersonal skills to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to this very busy team.  You must have excellent communication skills and have the ability to work effectively as both part of a team and on your own initiative.

Duties include answering the telephones, booking appointments with patients, processing referrals, inputting information onto the patient management system (RiO) and providing general administrative support to the Team as a whole.

It is essential that you have previous office experience and are proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and excel spreadsheets. ECDL and RSA 3, or equivalent qualifications are desirable.

Previous experience of working in an NHS setting will be an advantage.

Interviews will be held Thursday 08 March 2018.
