Lead Business Partner, Business & Performance
Providing senior management in the Business & Performance department and working closely with the Service Director for Children, Young People & Families, the Lead Business Partner will support the development of improved performance and service delivery of our childrens and families services and ensure a consistent approach with other services areas. This will include delivering timely and accurate information and intelligence to support decision making processes of the Board of Directors and divisional management.
The role with contribute significantly to all aspects of performance management, service improvement and strategic objectives, including measuring capacity, demand and future service requirements. The post assumes a prominent role in service improvement and development initiatives and negotiations with commissioners.
We are looking for a skilled leader with a demonstrable track record in performance management, service improvement and change management. Relevant experience in complex and dynamic healthcare organisations would be an advantage although not essential.
