There is more to working in the NHS than meets the eye! The care our services provide is at the forefront of modern clinical nursing and providing excellent healthcare closer to home.  Behind the scenes frontline staff are supported by friendly, professional, experienced, focused teams who are passionate about delivering high quality services and strive to be better every day.

The Business & Performance Team work collaboratively with Nursing & Quality and front line services on a range of projects to improve patient care and ensure people in Dorset receive the best healthcare experience possible.

This is a new and exciting post developed as part of the Trust’s Quality Improvement (QI) Programme and brings together the development and delivery of high quality, mental health, learning disability and community health care in Dorset. As a Quality Improvement Data Analyst you will work with a team of Quality Improvement Practitioners and Service Improvement Managers to oversee the transformation of the culture of the Trust to one of continuous improvement which can only be delivered through participation of all staff in the design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of a large number of Plan, Do, Study, Act (PDSA)/small-scale projects via a multi-year organisation-wide programme.

The QI Data Analyst will be pivotal in the success of the QI Programme for the provision of timely data, analysis, measuring and monitoring the effectiveness and impact of quality measures as well as interpreting, communicating, presenting analysis and delivering training across the Trust to develop an understanding of how and when to apply measurement for improvement techniques

If you are interested in working in one of the most beautiful parts of the country in this exciting new role please contact us.

In addition to the following benefits we are also able to offer flexible working; for example working longer days/a shorter week:
