We are seeking a full time community staff nurse to work in a busy District Nursing team based in Marnhull, which also covers Shaftsbury and Sturminster Newton areas. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Any training required for this post will be supported by the Trust. The skills required for Community Nursing included complex wound management, palliative care and end of life care, medicines management, IV drug administration as well as having a high standard of holistic assessment and care planning skills

Employment in this post requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.  The DBS levies a charge of £44 and the Trust will recover this cost in installments from your first 3 salary payments.  This will only apply to candidates who are new to the Trust and not internal staff.

Applicants who subscribe to the DBS update service and are able to present a valid DBS certificate will not incur a charge.
