An opportunity has a risen for someone to join the Dorset Night Nursing Service, to help promote and develop this existing service alongside the other staff members.
You should be a committed, dynamic, motivated professional having excellent clinical skills, the ability to prioritise your work and be a good communicator.
Recent experience of working in a similar environment would be an advantage. Awareness of the effects of ill health and the ageing process and a basic level of IT literacy are an essential requirement.
The post is currently based at St Leonards Community Hospital; the post holder will need to have the ability to travel by car as they will be required to visit patients in their own homes and other community settings.

Employment in this post requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. The DBS levies a charge of £44 and the Trust will recover this cost in installments from your first 3 salary payments.
Applicants who subscribe to the DBS update service or are able to present a valid portable DBS certificate will not incur a charge.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service.
