Do you want to be part of a forward thinking, dynamic, friendly innovative team?

If the answer is yes, we have the job for you.

An opportunity has a risen for someone to join the Dorset Night Nursing Service, to help promote and develop this existing service alongside the other senior staff.

You should be a committed, dynamic, motivated professional having excellent assessing skills, the ability to prioritise your work and be a good communicator.

Recent experience of working in a similar environment would be an advantage. Awareness of the effects of ill health and the ageing process and a basic level of IT literacy are an essential requirement.

The post is currently based at St Leonards Community Hospital; the post holder will need to have the ability to travel by car as they will be required to monitor patients in their own homes and other community settings.

As a key member of the team you will find the experience challenging, rewarding and varied.

Employment in this post requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.  The DBS levies a charge of £44 and the Trust will recover this cost in instalments from your first 3 salary payments.  This will only apply to candidates who are new to the Trust and not internal staff.  Applicants who subscribe to the DBS update service and are able to present a valid DBS certificate will not incur a charge.

Refer a friend or family member to apply for this post and if they are appointed, you will receive £250 for the introduction.  To make a referral please see complete the form on doris.dhc.nhs.uk/hr/recruitment/refer-a-friend
