We are recruiting to a new Ward Team Assistant role across Mental Health Inpatient Wards. This post is based at a unit located on the outskirts of Dorchester, at Forston Clinic.

You will support the Ward Manager and Nursing Teams to achieve the administrative elements of their role, and will be required to co-ordinate and streamline the delivery of admin tasks such as: co-ordinating staff sickness, training, PDR’s, assisting with preparing reports, gathering and populating information requests, monitoring the delivery of action plans and much more.

You will need to have a minimum of 1 year office based experience, be self-motivated, organised and a good communicator. You should be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel, Outlook and will ideally be familiar with Trust electronic systems such as e-Roster and RiO.
