We require a qualified, hands-on Chef to be responsible for the day-to-day running of our busy "cook-fresh" kitchen within Bridport Community Hospital.

A knowledge of all kitchen sections/parties is essential - you will be expected to assist the Hotel Services Manager with all aspects of kitchen life, for example, menus, rotas, ordering, cleaning schedules, staffing and implementing new practices and ideas.

The salary will incur enhancements as the work pattern will involve working alternate weekends.

Currently a bank position there is an opportunity for the sucessful candidate to cover staff sickness and planned holidays as required.
