We are seeking forward thinking, highly motivated and focused individuals to join our new project team to contribute to the Trusts implementation, management and optimisation of our workforce systems including ESR Self Service (Employee and Manager), Electronic Expenses and HealthRoster. You will be working alongside the Project Manager and the Trust’s Workforce Information Lead supporting the Trust's staff in the use of these systems, as well as managing technical issues, configuration and requests.
It is essential that you have excellent ICT Skills. Previous experience of ESR Self Service implementation, HealthRoster and E-expenses is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
You must be methodical, organised, work to high standards with a flexible approach and understand the need to respond/deliver work across a diverse area within tight timescales.
The role is based in Bournemouth as part of the ESR SS - Project Team although travel will be required to other Trust sites within Dorset.
We also welcome applicants with relevant skills but no previous NHS experience.
