An exciting opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic, motivated individual to apply for a Band 3 Helpdesk Administrator role, supporting the Project Team in the successful implementation of ESR Self Service within the Trust and assisting with Electronic Expenses, HealthRoster.
We need someone who can help us in helping others and is interested in working in a Service Desk/Call Centre role within the NHS, this role also has a considerable amount of administrative function within it.
You must have excellent customer service skills and be able to work well as part of a team.
You must also be IT literate with a good working knowledge of MS office applications and ideally be able to demonstrate experience of Customer Service.
This role will require excellent knowledge of the use of Microsoft products, in particular Microsoft Excel, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to be flexible, self-motivated and to work as part of a larger team.
You must be methodical, organised, work to high standards with a flexible approach and understand the need to respond/deliver work across a diverse area within tight timescales.
The role is based in Bournemouth as part of the ESR Self Service - Project Team although travel will be required to other Trust sites within Dorset.
We also welcome applicants with relevant skills but no previous NHS experience.
