We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging individual who thrives on working in a busy and friendly community team in the role of Team Administrator for Bournemouth and Christchurch CAMHS; based in Boscombe.

This role is essential to supporting the day to day administrative tasks as well as liaison with other members of the team to deliver an efficient office system. The successful candidate will work with existing administrative staff in providing comprehensive, effective and confidential support to the team.

You will be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes including Outlook, Word and Excel and desirably, have previous administrative experience. Excellent customer service skills together with a warm and welcoming manner are essential as you will be the first point of contact for young people, families and visitors to the service.

  • This is a full time post working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Employment in this post requires a Standard Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
