We are looking for a competent administrator to join our friendly team to provide a PA role to the Service Manager and Team Leader.

This role is based within the Bournemouth East Community Mental Health Team at Kings Park Hospital and is for 22.5 hours per week.  We are prepared to be flexible as to how this time is spread across the week as long as we meet the needs of the service.  

Ideally you will have had previous  administrative experience in keeping and maintaining diaries, arranging meetings, preparing agendas, taking notes and producing minutes, checking and paying invoices, collecting and recording  management information and dealing with correspondence.  You will also need to have the usual administration skills of typing, audio and using MS Office.  Shorthand would also be an advantage.

Employment in this post requires a Standard Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
