Bournemouth Older Peoples Community Mental Health Team are looking for a Nurse experienced in the care of older people to join our friendly multidisciplinary team based at Kings Park Community Hospital.

Ideally you will have had previous experience of working in the community. Your role will include clinical assessment, running a caseload of people with functional as well as organic problems across the Community Mental health Teams, and supporting carers.

You will work alongside Nursing and Social Work colleagues as well as Occupational Therapy, Psychiatry and Support staff, in delivering high quality care to our patient group

We are a multidisciplinary team, dedicated to providing high quality, evidence based treatment for this patient group.

Employment in this post requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. The DBS levies a charge of £44 and the Trust will recover this cost in instalments from your first 3 salary payments.  This will only apply to candidates who are new to the Trust and not internal staff.  Applicants who subscribe to the DBS update service and are able to present a valid DBS certificate will not incur a charge.
