We are seeking resourceful and enthusiastic skilled maintenance electricians to the Estates Maintenance Team. The Role;  Deliver pre-planned maintenance and quality repair services to a variety of Trust premises which include Hospitals, Health Centres, Mental Health Units and Administrative Buildings,  in and around the Bournemouth Poole, & Christchurch conurbation, at times across Dorset, currently based at Boscombe Estates Office.

You will be qualified, required to have a working knowledge of a variety of general building services engineering disciplines including .HVAC,  and water services delivered to a cost saving strategy.

Working as a trained Electrician qualified to 17th edition of the IET Regulations you be required to act as a Competent Person, supporting other disciplines, a programme of development training and mentoring is in place for these posts,  developmental  training will offer additional payments of up to £3,500.


The growing team deliver pre-planned maintenance and quality repair services to a variety of Trust premises which include Hospitals, Health Centres, Mental Health Units and Administrative Buildings, primarily in and around the Bournemouth Poole, & Christchurch conurbation, at times across Dorset.

A current full driving licence is essential and ideally candidates should have previous experience in a demanding maintenance environment.

Transport and work wear is provided. Hours 0800-1600 plus on-call. NHS Pension included.
