Are you an experienced Physiotherapist who enjoys working in a multi-professional team, in a fast-paced service? Would you welcome the opportunity to progress into a Band 6 post with the autonomy to make decisions about patient care whilst working in the Integrated Community Rehab Team?
You will receive support, regular supervision and annual appraisal, as well as training opportunities, and there will be formal trust and local induction. You will also have the opportunity to supervise your colleagues and less experienced staff, as well as supporting the team leaders in developing the service and ensuring quality assessments and treatments.
This role provides Physiotherapy within a MDT providing treatment to patients with acute illness to prevent unnecessary admission to hospital and facilitate complex discharges from hospitals. Clinical expertise and good communication skills are required, as well as excellent time management and prioritisation skills to provide care to this group of patients living within their own home.

The role will include some shift working as the service operates 365 days a year 08.00-18.00. We provide care to our patients in their own homes, it is therefore essential that you have access to a car.
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
